Image generation models

Image creation and editing use the GPT Image model family through our configured API provider. Current provider model identifiers include gpt-image-2, gpt-image-2.5-flare and gpt-image-2.5-sunburst. These names identify the integrations offered by the provider; availability depends on the current catalog. SparkleTrip is an independent application, not an official OpenAI service.

The creative assistant currently uses DeepSeek Flash for text guidance. Selected document or visual tools may call a different supported model. Generated images are AI content; assess accuracy, rights and suitability before using them.

1. The service

SparkleTrip is an independent, web-based creative workspace that connects to third-party AI models. It supports task-focused creative guidance, image creation and supported document workflows. Model names identify integrations, not our brand. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the model creators.

Use the current product pages and your written purchase offer to determine included features. Planned capabilities are not included until they are available. AI outputs may contain errors, resemble other outputs or fail to meet a particular purpose. Review results before relying on or publishing them.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement where you live. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Sign-in and Credits are shared with the connected CF Mail account. You may use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. The creative assistant does not receive blanket access to your mailbox, other conversations or other users’ data.

3. Your content and AI results

You retain the rights you already hold in your uploads and instructions. You grant the permissions needed to store, process and transmit that content to deliver the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Only upload material you may lawfully use, including any necessary copyright, trademark, privacy and likeness permissions. Use of generated results remains subject to applicable law and relevant model-provider terms. We do not promise exclusive rights, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights.

Teaching materials and explanations are assistance for educators and learners. Check factual accuracy and suitability for your audience. The service is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

4. Prohibited content and activity

Do not request, create, upload or share NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content. Sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited. Face swapping, deepfakes and face-manipulation use cases are prohibited.

Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, violent, hateful, harassing or exploitative activity, impersonation, privacy violations, infringement or evasion of safeguards. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides further details and applies to all features. Report prohibited content or infringement to support@sparkletrip.com with a task ID or page URL; the reporting and appeal process is explained at /acceptable-use#report.

5. Credits, purchases and subscriptions

Credits measure consumption of our digital services and have no cash-out or transfer facility. They do not represent funds held on your behalf. Actual usage, including reasoning and tool calls, can consume Credits.

Current purchases and renewals are arranged with support. The confirmed order terms determine price, allocation, period, expiry and delivery. Administrator-managed plans do not automatically charge you. Our Refunds & cancellation policy and mandatory consumer rights apply.

6. Storage and sharing

Publishing to the community gallery requires your explicit submission and administrator approval. Only the image, title, description and public display name you approve are published; prompts, conversations and email addresses stay private. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that submitted work in the gallery while it is published. You retain your rights and may withdraw it. Registered users may like published works; self-likes, automated votes and account farming are prohibited. Monthly rewards are offered only when a round and its Credits prizes are announced. Results are reviewed before crediting; rewards are service Credits, not cash or a guaranteed income.

Temporary images, uploads and generated documents are retained for 7 days. Images explicitly kept within your allowance do not automatically expire while the account and service remain available. “Permanent” storage does not promise perpetual hosting. Keep your own copies of important work.

Gallery submissions become public only after explicit consent and approval. You can withdraw public access; previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Private files require authorized access. A share link you create allows anyone who has it to view the shared image until you revoke access or it is removed. Deleting a conversation does not automatically delete its generated images. 7. Availability, enforcement and changes

Third-party outages, maintenance and unsupported requests may interrupt service. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken; unused purchases remain subject to the applicable refund policy and law.

We may update these terms and will identify the update date. Material changes affecting an active purchase will be communicated through the service or the account contact method as appropriate. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support for billing disputes, account requests or questions about these terms.
