Acceptable Use

Create with a clear, legitimate purpose

Examples include original illustrations, product concepts, posters, lesson planning, explanations and document drafts. Use references you own or are authorized to use, and review the accuracy and rights associated with the result. Creative guidance is task-focused; this service does not offer romantic or sexual relationship characters.

Content and activity that are not allowed

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, sexual exploitation and any sexual content involving minors.
• Face swapping, deepfakes, face manipulation, deceptive impersonation, or unauthorized use of someone’s identity or likeness.
• Instructions or content facilitating violence, terrorism, exploitation, self-harm, hate, targeted harassment or other harmful acts.
• Fraud, phishing, malware, account theft, deceptive advertising, unlawful surveillance or attempts to evade security and moderation.
• Copyright, trademark, confidentiality or privacy violations; sharing sensitive personal information without a lawful basis or authorization.
• Academic cheating, including producing assessed work for someone to submit dishonestly or operating an essay or homework mill.
• Reselling other people’s accounts, abusing shared links as general file distribution, interfering with the service or attempting to access other users’ data.

Safety checks and your responsibilities

New user text and uploaded images are screened before relevant processing. A blocked input displays a notice; unavailable screening can prevent an operation until it can be retried. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not certify content as legal or appropriate.

Our current screening does not review preset system templates, AI outputs, previously accepted conversation choices, or the internal contents of PDF and Office files. The same rules still apply to them. Do not use these paths to bypass this policy.

Report prohibited content, infringement or appeal a decision

Email support@sparkletrip.com with the subject Content report. Include the task ID or public page URL, the reason for your report and a reply address. For a rights complaint, identify the work and explain your authority to report it. Do not attach unlawful media, passwords or unnecessary personal information.

We record the report, assess safety and rights concerns, and review the relevant content. We may temporarily restrict access while investigating, remove content, disable sharing or restrict an account. Suspected child exploitation and credible threats receive priority. Where legally required, we preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with competent authorities.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days; investigations can take longer. You may appeal an action by replying to the support email with the task ID and relevant context. We review the decision and notify you where possible, without exposing other users’ private information.

Possession of a shared image link does not grant permission to redistribute a work or use personal information in it. The same reporting channel applies to private share links and publicly displayed content.
